The YSETC course, aimed at young professionals under 35 years old from across Europe, was held over five days from September 12-16.
This training program provided participants with both theoretical knowledge and practical skills in the fields of applied seismology and earthquake engineering, covering topics such as:
- Intermediate-depth seismicity
- Strong ground motions
- Seismic design of buildings and structures
The course aimed to equip attendees with a comprehensive understanding of key challenges and insights in seismology and earthquake engineering, supporting their development as experts in these critical fields.
